Capturing several objects or areas in one visit? A half-day on-site rate ($1,200–1,500 plus per-scene processing) often prices out better. Scene preparation beyond standard cleanup, such as compositing a machine capture into a separately captured environment, is billed at $110–140 per hour with an estimate up front.
Hosting, after the first year.
Your first year of hosting is included with every capture. After that, keep your scenes live with a plan that fits.

The plain-language fine print.
- You own your scene. If you ever stop hosting with us, you can purchase the standalone file package for a one-time fee and host it anywhere.
- If a hosting plan lapses, scenes stay live for 30 days before coming down. Nothing is deleted for 90 days, so reinstating is painless.
- We host on enterprise-grade infrastructure and make every commercially reasonable effort to keep scenes available around the clock.
- Drone captures are weather-dependent. If conditions are unsafe or would compromise quality, we reschedule at no charge.
- Exact quotes come from a short scoping call. Prices above reflect typical projects; unusually complex captures are quoted before any work begins.
